How do I track my order?
Go to Track Order and enter your order number (e.g. LOM1234). You’ll see status and delivery details.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Contact support to start a return.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across selected Karachi areas listed at checkout. If your area is unavailable, it will show as blocked.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout. More payment options may be added later.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused with tags and packaging intact. Once approved, refunds are processed according to your payment method. Email us with your order number to begin.
